I came across a recipe for Chocolate Fantasy Cake, and that completely left me fantasizing about it. I’ve not put any frosting, as I like cakes without it. But since I had a jar of Nutella, I spread it on the ready cake instead of the frosting and the result was sinful. This recipe combines the flavor of chocolate and vanilla to give a great punch. I’ve used the short method of simply putting all ingredients in a blender to make a smooth batter. So it took me less than 10 minutes to have the batter ready. Also I had run out of unsalted butter so I’ve cooking oil and sour cream to give a rich texture.
