A platter to ga-ga for, with Hakka Noodle you can never go wrong when you are in mood for some Chinese
Ingredients:
- Cabbage, shredded – 1 bowl
- boiled noodles- 1 standard packet
- bean, carrot, cut in strips- 1 bowl
- green chilli- 2 split vertically
- Schezuan sauce 1tbs
- Tomato sauce 1tbsp
- All in one Chings sauce 1tbsp
Procedure:
- Fry one by one in order: green chillies, cabbage, bean & carrot. Add noodles
- Add sauces and finally sprinkle salt & pepper.
- Serve Hot
