Ingredients
- Paneer 200gm
- Green peas 100gm
- Jeera whole 10gm
- Ginger 10gm
- Garlic 10gm
- Dhaniyapowder 5gm
- Deghi mirch 10gm
- Green chilli 5gm
- Tomato puree 150gm
- Cream 15gm
- Butter 15 gm
- Green coriander 15gm
- Corn flour 10gm
- Maida 10gm
- Salt to taste,oil for frying

Procedure :
Cut paneer 3″ shape and 1.5″ thick.mash green peas and tamper with jeera whole.chop green chilli and keep it aside.stuff paneer with mashed green peas.make batter of corn-flour and maida.lock paneer with the help of long.coat stuffed paneer in batter and fry it.cut the fried paneer pieces into 2 tringular shape.
FOR GRAVY:-
Place a thick-bottomed pan on fire,and put into it oil,ginger,garlic saute and tomato puree,cream,butter and all the indian herbs.add stuffed paneer to it and stir for a while.garnish with cream and green coriander.serve with naan or chapatti.
NOTE:-To make this dish paneer should be fresh and in proper size.
