Ingredients :
- Fish Pieces – 4 TO 8
- Oil – 4 tbps
- Chilli Powder – 2 tbps
- Turmeric Powder – 2tbps
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tbps
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbps
- Garam Masala -1/2 tbps
- Jeera Powder – 1/2 tbps
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbps
- Onion Slices- 2
- Tomato slices – 2
- Un sour curd – 1/2 CUP
- Water – 1/2 CUP
- Coconut Milk -2 tbps
- Cashew nut Paste – 2 tbps
- Tomato puree – 2 tbps
- Salt
Procedure:
1. In a bowl take the fish pieces and put the chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder mix them well and keep aside for 15 to 20 min.
2. place the frying pan in the gas and put oil in it then put the ginger garlic paste,onion slices,tomato slices and stir it well it it leaves water.
3.Now, put the fishes and mix it well then put the cashewnut paste ,kashmeri chilli powder,garam masala and jeera powder and stir it for few minutes and put the salt and water in it close the pan with a lid and cook till the fish get half cooked in the simmer mode.
4.After that put the curd along with coconut milk and cook for few minutes.
5. finally when it gets fully cooked put the tamoto puree in it and mix it well.
Serve hot with Naan,Paratha,Chapathi.
