Ingredients:
- cornkernels 200gms
- milk 1cup
- paneer 100gm
- ginger,garlic,greenchillie paste 2tsp
- Dry mango powder 13/4tsp
- coriander,cumin powder1/2tsp
- Gram flour 6tbsp
- salt to taste
- fresh coriander leaves,chopped
- oil to deep fry.
Procedure:
cook the fresh corn in milk.cool and coarsely grind.Grate the paneer.Mix all the ingredients except oil to make a thick mixture of dropping consistency.Make even sized balls with hand.Heat oil and deep fry and pakodas on medium heat till golden brown drain and keep on an absorbens paper to soak the excess oil.Serve hot with tomatto or green chutney.
