Ingredients:
- bread 5 slices
- 1 katori besan
- 2 tsp makki ka aata
- 1/4 tsp ajwain(carom seeds)
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,garam masala,pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp green paste
- 1/2 katori curd
- 1 tsp oil
- green dhaniya for garnishing
- oil for frying
Method
- prepare a mixture of curd salt, pepper and green paste in an bowl.
- take another bowl and mix besan makki ka aata,and all masala ajwain.
- cut bread into triangle shape, dip it in curd mixture, then in besan mixture and deep fry it
- seve with tomato ketchup.
