I had first tasted this at work when a colleague of mine had got this in her lunch box. It tasted awesome and I was surprised how effortless it is to make this. This can be a wonderful breakfast recipe for people who have to make, eat breakfast and rush to work. Though it’s a sweet dosa, it’s not as sweet as a sweet dish and can be plainly eaten.
Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- ½ cup jaggery
- ½ cup grated coconut
- 5-6 cardamom powder (optional)
- ghee
Method
- Add jaggery to a cup of water in a vessel on a stove and keep stirring till completely
dissolved. - Keep it down and when little warm add wheat flour, coconut and elaichi powder.
