Spinach Dosa

Hope most of you are aware of Earth Day? This day was designed to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth’s environment. Well today marks the 40th anniversary of Earth day and so in celebration of this day, my post today is towards ‘Save our Earth…Keep it green…Keep it clean’. All of us out here are inhabitants of this majestic planet ‘Earth’, so let’s eat healthy, live healthy and keep our Earth healthy!

 

Spinach Dosa

 

Ingredients:

  • Spinach 1 bundle (small)
  • Dosa batter 1 large bowl
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Wash and steam the spinach. Cool and grind to a fine paste.
  • Mix well the spinach paste in the dosa batter and keep aside for few minutes.
  • Add salt and make your yummy spinach dosas. (For dosa making procedure click on this link to view previous dosa post.)

Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes

Serves: 6-8
