Ingredients
- Cabbage – 1 chopped
- Broccoli- 2-3 heads
- Onions – 1 chopped
- Milk – 1 ½ cup
- Butter – 2tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Steam the broccoli and keep aside. In a pan add the butter, onions and cabbage. Sauté for 2 minutes and pour in the milk. Bring it to a boil. Add 3/4th cup of the broccoli to the milk and boil again. Cool and blend in a blender. Pass it through a sieve and reheat. Serve with broccoli florets.
