Saturday nights are always the laziest for us. Why? Because of television. We somehow like to catch up on the week’s share of TV watching on Saturday night. And hence, we often end up eating noodles.
But not anymore. Check this beautiful looking and equally tasty salad out that’s a specialty of an aunt we much love.
Just toss it up or add some boiled chicken sausages. You’re done for the night! And of course without all the empty calories.
Here’s what you’ll need
Ingredients: (diced)
- Sweet corn: 1 cup
- celery: 1 cup
- Red cabbage: 1 cup
- Spring onions: 1 cup
- Bell peppers: 1 cup
- Capsicum: 1 cup
- Cucumbers: 1 cup
- Mint leaves: 12- 14
- Cajun pepper: 1 tbsp
- Salt: 1 tbsp
- Vinegar: 1 tsp
Procedure
Toss everything together and chill!
