Rava Laddoo
Ingredients:
- Rava/Semolina: 1 cup
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Ghee: 1/4th cup
- Milk: 1 tbsp
- Green cardamoms (large): 1
- Cashewnuts (toasted): 8-10
Method:
In a large pan, toast the rava until aromatic. Stir continuously or else you might stand a chance to burn it.
Cool the toasted rava and grind them in a mixture.
In another batch, ground the sugar and cardamom together and keep.
Fry the cashewnuts in ghee and keep.
In a large pan, combine all of the above with 1 tbsp of milk and mix well.
Form into laddoos and serve!
