Guilt-free Quinoa Kheer

Ingredients:
Quinoa (soaked overnight): 1 cup
Slim milk: 1.5 l
Glucerna powder: 5 tbsp
Green cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
Toasted almonds and raisins: for garnish
Method:
Boil the milk and stir continuously until the volume is reduced to 1/2. Boil the quinoa for 10 min in this milk. Remove from the gas stove.
When the kheer is still a bit warm, add the cardamom and the Glucerna powder and mix properly so that there are no lumps.
Garnish with almonds and raisins before serving.
