Well, hello in there. How have you been feeling? Well, clap along if you feel like a room without a roof for we have got you, from the land of Russia, a milky, frothy, coffee-laden, Vodka-laced drink or two that’ll make you spin around. What we are going to give you out is a popular cocktail called White Russian – and it has absolutely nothing to do with Russia. Conceived in USA, White Russian is survived with a brother, Black Russian, which makes use of everything else but milk. Here’s to happy days.
White Russian

Taste-o-meter: Sweet
Ingredients:
- Instant coffee: 3 tbsp
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Water: 1 cup
- Sugar: 3/4th cup
- Full cream milk: 1/2 l
- Ice: 4 per glass
- Alcazar Vodka
Method:
- Start with making the coffee liqueur.
- Boil sugar and water until sugar dissolves.
- Add the instant coffee, vanilla extract and let cool.
- In a mixer, add four large shots of Vodka, coffee liqueur, ice and 1.5 glasses of milk. Blitz and serve chilled.
