The anytime cake that you can always bake and slurp!
Ingredients:
- All purpose Flour: 1 ½ cups
- Corn Starch: 4 tbsp
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Unsalted Butter: 2 sticks
- Eggs: 4 large
- Vanilla extract: 2 tbsp
- Lemon zest: 1 ½ tbsp
- Honey 2 ½ tbsp
- Baking powder + Baking soda combined – 1 teaspoon.
Procedure:
Now, here at the Slurrpy Kitchen, we cook things really simple. Pre heat the oven in 350 degrees and butter a 9 inch baking pan. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and keep aside, except the sugar. Mix butter, eggs, sugar, honey, lemon zest, vanilla extract and corn starch in a blender. Slowly add the dry ingredient and bake for 30-40 or until the cake comes out clean.
