A fine blend of sauted potatoes in a black caraway and green chili seasoned oil and steamed in poppy seed paste, Aloo poshto is a traditional holiday lunch special, or popularly called as “chhutir diner khabar” that’s extremely easy to make and quite easily makes your day.
