A nutritional snack with yummy chinese sauces.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sprouted moong
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 capsicum chopped
- 2 spring onions chopped
- 1tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp green chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 red chilli
- salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure:
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds when they splutter add red chilli and turmeric powder.Now add sprouted moong,chopped capsicum, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and salt. Saute for 2-3 mins. now add chopped spring onions and saute for 1 min. Remove from fire and add chopped tomatoes . While serving garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
