Ingredients:
- 1pkt mushroom
- 2 small onions
- 1 small capsicum
- 2-3 garlic flakes
- 1 green chilli
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli
- 2 tspn vineger
- 1 tspn soya sauce
- 2 tspn red chilli
- 2 tbspn tomato sauce
- 3-4 tspn maida
- water
- oil for frying
Procedure:
- Marinate musrooms for 10-15 minutes in maida , salt ,chopped garlic ,soya sauce,vineger and green chillies.
- Put 1tscpn oil in another pan and put some chopped garlic and green chillies saute till golden brown.
- Add sliced onions,cook till transparent in colour.
- add sliced capsicum aand cook for 2 minutes.
- Take another pan for deep fring the marinated mushhrooms in it.
- Fry till golden brown in colour.Keep it aside on the tissue so that xtra oil is soaked out.
- Mix well with the onion and capsicum and cook for 2 minutes or till you feel it is ready to eat.
