It’s a Rajasthani special dish which is very different from the normal gutta curry. Don’t miss to try it out. You will love the taste.
Ingredient for gatta prepration:
- 1 katori besan
- 1tsp curd
- 5-6 tsp besan
- 1 boiles potato
- 1/2 tsp red pepper,
- 1/2 tsp sauff
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Salt accordingly
- Oil for fring
- Warm water
- filling ingredients insid gatta
- Kaju
- Kishmish
- Mava
- Green dhaniya
- Salt
For gravy:
- 2 onion paste
- 1/2 tsp green paste(ginger garlic &chiilies grinded together)
- 1/2 tsp red chiili powder
- 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
- 1/2 garam masala
- 1/4 tsp haldi powder
- Salt
- 1 katori curd
- Dry pudhina powder
- Green dhaniya
Gatta recipe:
- Mix all masala ,dahi, boiled mash potato , sauf and oil in besan
- Prepare a doe
- Grease ur hands prepare gatta with stufing of mava and nuts.
- After u prepape gatta sticks directly fry it for 3 min.
- Cut into small pieces of gtatta and fry it again
Gravy Recipe:
- Take oil in an vessel,add onion cook till light brown.
- Add garam masala chiili salt n then add curd.cook it till oil appears in gravy.
- Add little watr in it cook for 5 min
- Then add pudhina ,green dhaniya.
- Add the fried gatta in the curry
- Serve the shahi govind gatta curry
