Ingredients:
- Prawns – 250 gms
- Salt – To taste
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
- Ginger+Garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Coconut oil – 2 Tbsp
- Curry leaves – optional
Procedure:
- Clean & de-vein the Prawns
- Wash with a little turmeric
- Heat oil, put in the curry leaves
- When fried, put in the ginger-garlic paste & sautee till leaves turn golden
- Add the prawns, turmeric & chilli powders, & salt
- Saute until the prawns are cooked well
- Can be stored in a large jar for at least 6 months
