Creamy Tomato and Basil Soup

Ingredients:
Tomatoes (chopped): 1 kg
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Onion (medium chopped): 2 cups
Dried basil: 2 tsp
White pepper powder: 2 tsp
Butter: 1/2 tsp
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Carrot (chopped): 1/2 cup
Salt: according to taste
Glucerna vanilla shake: 1 bottle
Fresh basil: for garnishing
Method:
Heat the butter slightly. Add the garlic paste and saute for 1 min. Add the onion paste and saute for 3 min. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the Glucerna shake and fresh basil. Pressure cook until two whistles. Let this cool down for 5 min.
Blend the mixture. Add the Glucerna and blend again
While serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
