Ingredients:
- Capsicum-1 Large
- Carrots-3
- Beans-12
- Grated Coconut-1 Cup
- Water-1 Cup
- Mustard Seed-1/2 Tsp
- Oil-2 Tbsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 Tbsp
- Onion-1 Large Chopped
- Salt-1 Tsp
- Coriander Ground-2 Tsp
- Garam Masala-1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 Tsp
- Green Chilli-1
Procedure:
1. Blend grated coconut n water in a mixer till smooth and keep the milk aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok and crackle mustard seed, chopped ginger, garlic paste, dhania powder, garam masala and turmeric for 5 mins. Add salt at this stage.
3. Add vegetables,mix n stir for 3 mins.
4. Add prepared coconut milk n green chilli. Cook for 6 mins and serve.
