Ingredients
2 cups boiled mashed potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups soya chunks (washed,soaked and drained and then mashed)
1 teaspoon ginger grated
1 teaspoon green chillies finely chopped,
½ cup cilantro finely chopped
Salt to taste
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients and knead well. Make patties as per shape you like and apply some bread crumbs to cover it. Shallow fry it by both the sides & serve hot with tomato sauce
