Ingredients:
- Besan
- Suji
- Salt
- Sugar
- Coriender
- Fruit Salt
- Baking Soda
- Curd
- Ginger
- Green Chillies
- Mustard
- Mustard Oil
Procedure:
- Take a bowl of besan, 1/4 suji, one spoon baking soda, salt to taste, ginger chopped mix it with 1/2 bowl of curd the mixture should not be very loose nor tight now take a shallow plate grease it put the mixer in it with one teaspoon fruit salt steam it for 20 minutes.
- Take rai, green chilli and make a tadka in mustard oil. Add one glass of water in it and 4spoon sugar to boand sprinkle it on preapared dhoklas,now dhoklas r ready to eat.
- Serve it with green chutney.
