A simple dry cabbage curry.
Ingredients:
- Chopped Cabbage-1/2 kg.
- Peas-100 gms(Optional).
- Oil-1 spoon.
- Salt to taste.
- Turmeric-1/4 tea spoon.
- Ani seed-1/2 tea spoon.
To grind:
- Cloves-2,
- Pepper-5,
- Red chilli-2,
- Bay leaves-1,
- Cumin-1/2 tsp.
Procedure:
- In a pan heat the oil and add the ani seeds,the grinded powder
- ,chopped cabbage,peas,turmeric powder and mix it well.Leave this mixture for 2 minutes.Then add the required amount of salt and
- mix it well and switch off the flame and cover the pan for about 1 min.In a microwave safe bowl keep this curry for about
- 5-7 min(high).This can be served with pulka or roti.
