Ingredients:
- Roasting chicken: 1
- Chicken: 1 whole
- Yogurt: 5-6 tbsp
- Crushed onion: 1 tbsp
- Crushed garlic: 1 tbsp
- Crushed whole garam masala: 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin seeds: ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
- Gram flour: 1 ½ tbsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Yellow food color: ½ tsp
Procedure:
- Make cuts to the chicken.
- Mix all the ingredients in yogurt and marinade chicken for at least 4-5 hours.
- If you have a tandoor, you can directly cook it with a seekh.
- P.S. -If you do not have a tandoor, take an oven safe tray. Pour some oil in it Place chicken. Put some coals on the side, pour some oil on the coal and bake at 220 for about 30 – 40 minutes.
